Rosaline Shelly Dekker

Here is my original character Rosaline Shelly Dekker. She goes by Shelly.
She's a newborn (imagine someone born at the age of 17 or around that age. they just basically appear out of no where naked and grown faster than normal people). At birth, she lost her eyesight. A tiger came and attacked her.
Dispite the event that happened at birth, Shelly is a very energetic and crazy girl. She likes to run around. She can still see, but only by using her strange powers to detect what is around her about a mile away. She is the voice of her brother who will be seen later. Her brother is her twin, born just like her.
She always wears a very big blue sweater.
